Our villa comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, WC-bathroom with sauna, jacuzzi, TV, and air conditioning. The second bedroom includes two single beds, TV, and air conditioning. In the common area of the villa, there is a living room-kitchen, one WC-bathroom, air conditioning, and TV.
Note 1: For rentals below the minimum stay duration, an additional cleaning fee of 1200,-TL is required.
Note 2: In our villa, pets are allowed for an initial fee of 3000-TL, payable at the beginning of your vacation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The location of our villa is in the rural neighborhood areas of Fethiye. It is situated in a quiet and serene environment. There might be agricultural greenhouses in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
General note: All our villas located in natural surroundings are regularly cleaned and treated for insects and pests. Villas in nature may have a higher chance of encountering insects compared to those in central locations. This note applies not only to this specific villa but to all houses located in natural settings.
Outside the summer months, new villa constructions may occur in the region, leading to possible noise in the vicinity. This note is not specific to this house but applies to all houses active during winter.
