Our villas are located in Fethiye Calis Neighborhood, just 300 meters from the beach and 5 kilometers from the city center. It is also only a 35-minute drive from Dalaman Airport. Our villa is located in a site with rich facilities and offers a comfortable accommodation experience to its guests.

On the pool and terrace floor of our villa, there are facilities such as sunbathing area, private pool, private garden and parking lot. The pool dimensions are 9.00 meters long, 4.00 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep. In this area, there are also details such as a table and chairs for 8 people, a seating group, 4 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas and a barbecue.

The kitchen is a modern American kitchen and is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle and dinner set for 10 people.

The living room is located on the ground floor and has a view of the pool and nature. The living room is equipped with a seating group, satellite TV, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning, WC / sink and exit to the poolside.

The bedrooms of the villa are located on various floors. The two en-suite family bedrooms on the first floor have pool and nature views and each has a double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony. On the terrace floor, there is a suite family bedroom and a double bedroom. Both rooms have air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony.

Finally, the deposit fee for our villa is 4,000 TL and this amount will be returned to the guest if there is no damage or damage in the controls to be made at the exit of the villa. In addition, our outdoor pools are closed and emptied between November 1 and April 30 due to weather conditions.
